Give the initiative a short, recognizable name.

Explain the objective in plain language. This description will appear on the public card.

Organization or Initiative Website *

This is where the Visit Organization Website button will send visitors. Use a public page explaining the request or organization.

Public Contact Phone Number

Optional. Only provide a number intended for public contact. Approved listings will display this number.

Your Email

Optional. This email is for administrator follow-up and will not appear on the Board.

By submitting, you are requesting consideration for publication, not approval of your initiative. Beacon may review the information and decide whether to publish the listing.
